  10. Proceed to make payment and submit.
  11. Take note that after submission, process is not editable.

NB: If the transfer button is not clickable, it means the  vehicle is not ready for transfer. This may be caused by an incomplete process that may have been carried out on the vehicle before, for instance the collection of applied reflective number plates or collection of logbook from the NTSA system. Some vehicles may be jointly owned by two individuals. Some cases may involve financiers of motor vehicles, banks and microfinance institutions. Where such is the case, it may mean that the current owner has no right to transfer the vehicle. In this instance, we log in to the rightful owner of the vehicle for transfer to be effective. In some cases, you will have to contact NTSA for the online logbook collection to be effected before you do a transfer.
